Payment and Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

The domain name WWW.ANKURANKIDSKIDS.com, www.ANKURANKIDSKIDS.in  (hereinafter referred to as “Website“) is owned by PAHAL Foundation, Society registered under Indian Societies ACT 21,1860, having its Registered Office at AANKURANKIDS PLAY SCHOOL AIT Distt JALAUN and its HEAD Office at LUCKNOW-226016 (hereinafter referred to as “ANKURANKIDSKIDS“).

 

For the purpose of these payment and Refund, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems/Mobile. ANKURANKIDS allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean ANKURANKIDS

 

 

The Website is a paid service and the payments made by You shall be according to the plans opted by You through the Website. You explicitly agree to pay the fees for the courses/ plans that you purchase, and you authorize the Company to charge you as per the applicable payment mode opted by you. All payments shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by the Company and You shall be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner as per the mechanism associated with the Plan availed by You. Users have been given various options to choose and proceed with the payment for the Services via payment mechanisms including but not limited to Card Payment facilities, EMI Payment, Online Bank Transfer and Wallet Payment.

Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction. The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for Services which were not rendered to the User by Us. In case of refund of EMI transactions, User will be charged interest as per bank’s regulations.

We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 72 hours from the time of receiving the refund request, however, in case there is any delay in refund beyond the period of 120 hours, then you may notify us on info@ankurankids.com . The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request.

Any charges related to app publishing (e.g. charges levied by app store, play store) will be incurred by the User.

We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon the same being posted/uploaded or notified on our website.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR STUDY Material (ONLY IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED GOODS)

• The End User can request for replacement of the Study Material in the following conditions –
• Once an order is delivered it cannot be returned/cancelled, (in case of any (defect/damage in transit/what you see is what you don’t get) it can only be replaced.
• The Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to ANKURANKIDS within a period of 2 (Two) weeks from the date of delivery of the same to End User by placing a "Cancel Order" request by logging a call with ANKURANKIDS’s. but information of defective product needs to be provided with 12 hours of delivery. The end user needs to inform Ankurankids about replacement of damaged/defective goods within 12 hours of delivery of product. If it is not informed within 12 hours of delivery we will not entertain the replacement request.
• Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is damaged/defective.
• ANKURANKIDS would only give a refund in case ANKURANKIDS runs out of stock and the refund would be done either via cheque which would be delivered at the address End User has put at the time of placing the order within fifteen (15) days or NEFT or Online Wallet. The cheque will be dispatched to the End User only after the Product(s) is /are collected from the End User’s place with all its accessories, freebies and original packing materials.
• The End User will be bound by the decision of ANKURANKIDS and shall not hold ANKURANKIDS liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation of the order.

 

CANCELLATION BY ANKURANKIDS:-

Please note that there may be certain orders that ANKURANKIDS may not be able to accept and might have to be cancelled. In this regard, ANKURANKIDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in any order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for sale, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information etc. ANKURANKIDS reserves the right to contact the End User if all or any portion of his/her order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept the order. If the order is cancelled after the payment has been made, the said amount will be reversed back in the End User’s Account, depending on the mode of payment used.

 

GENERAL:-

• The End User shall ensure that the Product is unused, with original packing for replacement or refund or cancellation request.
• ANKURANKIDS shall not refund the duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by the End User at the time of receiving the Product.
• All free gifts, if any, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the Product in case of cancellation of order of the Product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.
• Free gifts will not be replaced.
• Any Products sold under Special offers or Promotional Schemes shall not be replaced/refunded.
• There is no warranty for any of ANKURANKIDS goods/Product.
